Retail sites are constantly changing how they describe and position your books. Sales rank, list price, sale price, reviews, and other variables can be completely different from day to day, and third party sellers can take the Buy Box seemingly out of nowhere, siphoning sales away from your direct account. But the old philosophical question "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?" is relevant here. When changes happen, do you know? Are you watching your books on the various websites and reacting to these changes positively? In this session, we will look at how third party sellers take the Buy Box, how data changes are being made to your books, and how you can most effectively engage these changes.
